This full-time position involves working from our offices located in Kolkata, Howrah, Dhanbad, and the Hooghly district. The role is designed for individuals with 1 to 3 years of work experience who are eager to contribute to the success of cutting-edge tech projects. As a Business Analyst at Techno Exponent, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions, ensuring project objectives are met efficiently.

Qualifications and Skills

• Strong requirements gathering skills to identify client needs and document them effectively.
• Ability to analyze complex data sets and draw actionable insights to support project objectives.

• Experience in creating detailed SRS documentation to guide development efforts.
• Project Management (Mandatory skill) to oversee project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication.
• Excellent communication skills (Mandatory skill) to liaise between technical and non-technical teams and clients.
• Technical Knowledge (Mandatory skill) to understand and contribute to IT projects effectively.
• Detail-oriented approach and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with precision and quality.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document project requirements.
• Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive SRS documents and project plans.
• Ensure effective communication between client and development teams, facilitating the smooth execution of projects.
• Engage in data analysis activities to support informed decision-making processes.
• Assist in project management duties, including tracking progress and managing project risks.
• Participate in client meetings to present findings and propose solutions that align with business goals.
• Continuously update knowledge of industry trends to provide forward-thinking solutions.
• Have an idea on technologies we worked on like React, node, Blockchain,Python etc
• Find the right jobs and write proposals for them

• Analyze client requirements and provide appropriate bidding solutions
• Estimate the project price based on the requirements gathered
• Explore and develop new business opportunities and understand client's requirements and acquisition
• Can do the Closure with the clients.
