Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-oriented Service Coordinator Engineer to join our team at Technocrats Plasma Systems Pvt Ltd. As a Service Coordinator Engineer, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the delivery of technical services to our clients. This includes managing service requests, scheduling engineers, and ensuring timely resolution of customer issues. This is a full-time position based in Mumbai Suburban, Vasai East Maharashtra, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Attention to detail and a focus on quality
• Effective communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software

Roles and Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule service requests from customers
• Assign engineers to service orders based on availability and expertise
• Ensure timely delivery of technical services to clients
• Track and monitor progress of service orders
• Communicate with customers to provide updates on service status
• Resolve any issues or complaints raised by customers
• Maintain service records and documentation
• Collaborate with other teams to improve service delivery processes
