Job Overview


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Resident Sales Manager to join our team at Technocrats Plasma Systems Pvt Ltd. As the Resident Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales activities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience. The role is based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India and is a full-time position. Qualifications and Skills


  • 4 to 6 years of experience in sales, preferably in the automation machinery industry
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • In-depth knowledge of CNC plasma profile cutting machines, CNC pipe profile cutting machines, welding process automation systems, and related products
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to travel within the designated territory
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Identify and develop new sales opportunities within the designated territory
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
  • Achieve sales targets and meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales objectives
  • Provide technical product knowledge and demonstrations to clients
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations to key decision-makers
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients
  • Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors' activities
  • Generate accurate sales reports and forecasts
