Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Production Manager for our Vasai east location. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 6 years of relevant work experience and will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring production efficiency, and maintaining quality standards. This is a full-time, mid-level position.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum 4 to 6 years of experience in a production management role in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven expertise in production planning to optimize manufacturing processes and resources.
• Strong knowledge of resource management to efficiently allocate machinery, materials, and manpower.
• Experience with quality control techniques to ensure products meet industry standards and customer specifications.
• Aptitude for budgeting and cost management to control production expenses and improve financial performance.
• Proficient in team leadership, capable of mentoring and guiding production staff to achieve targets.
• Excellent problem-solving skills to tackle production issues promptly and effectively.
• Effective communication skills to liaise with various departments and stakeholders.
• Strong time management skills to ensure all production schedules are met within deadlines.
