Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Marketing Engineer - Tendering to join our team at Technocrats Plasma Systems Pvt Ltd. As a Marketing Engineer - Tendering, you will be responsible for managing the tendering process, from identifying potential tenders to preparing technical compliance documents and pricing strategies. This is a full-time position based in Vasai, Mumbai Suburban, Maharashtra, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent
• 1-3 years of experience in tendering or marketing in a relevant industry
• Strong knowledge of the tendering process and documentation
• Familiarity with the Gem Portal and tender searching platforms
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to analyze and interpret technical requirements
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Proven track record of successfully winning tenders
• Knowledge of pricing strategies and negotiation techniques
