Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Finance Specialist to join our team at Technocrats Plasma Systems Pvt Ltd. As a Finance Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all financial aspects of our company. This includes financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 4 to 6 years of experience in finance or related roles
• Solid knowledge of financial management principles and practices
• Experience with private placement, venture capital, and capital arrangement specility
• Strong understanding of bank finance, equity finance, and debts
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in financial analysis software and MS Office
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage the company's financial planning and budgeting processes
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations
• Monitor and analyze financial performance, prepare financial reports and forecasts
• Provide strategic financial advice to the management team
• Manage cash flow, financing strategies, and investment opportunities
• Identify and mitigate financial risks
• Support the management team in decision-making through financial analysis
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency
• Arrange finance requirements for the company as and when required.
• Work towards making the company debt free.
