Urgent Hiring for Inside Sales Executive - Testing Services

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated Inside Sales Executive with a focus on Testing Services to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for proactively reaching out to CXO-level decision-makers within target organizations to schedule meetings to pitch our testing services, and convert prospects into clients. The successful candidate will leverage phone calls, emails, and online platforms to generate leads, build relationships with senior-level executives, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, engage and schedule meetings with CXO-level decision-makers (CIOs, CTOs, VPs, etc.) within target organizations to generate leads for our Testing services.
  • Initiate contact via phone calls, emails, and online platforms, fostering relationships to understand their pain points and offer customized testing solutions.
  • Build a strong sales pipeline by qualifying leads, ensuring that meetings of Head of Business Development with targeted CXOs are booked efficiently and effectively.
  • Conduct in-depth consultative sales conversations, providing insight into our services and explaining how we can address clients' challenges through high-quality testing solutions.
  • Follow up on leads and track progress, ensuring that meetings are scheduled and attended, and continuously advancing opportunities through the sales process.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in inside sales, or business development, with experience engaging CXO-level decision-makers.
  • Proven track record of successfully scheduling meetings with senior executives.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to confidently engage with senior-level decision-makers and present complex solutions.
