Job Summary:

TechNiera is seeking an experienced and skilled Software Project Manager to lead, coordinate, and oversee software development projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing projects, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams. This role involves planning, executing, and finalizing projects within scope, timeline, and budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple software development projects from concept to completion.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate and communicate with development, design, and QA teams.
• Monitor and report project progress, adjusting plans as necessary.
• Ensure projects meet quality standards and business objectives.
• Facilitate regular team meetings and stakeholder updates.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.
• Oversee project budgets, ensuring projects are completed within financial constraints.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in software project management.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana, Trello).
• Strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC).
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile Certification.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with software development technologies (PHP, JavaScript, etc.).
