Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Relationship Manager (CRM) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of client needs, and experience in managing client relationships effectively. This role involves maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, managing new client acquisitions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns.
- Collaborate with the sales and project teams to ensure smooth project delivery and client satisfaction.
- Manage and resolve client issues, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Provide clients with regular updates on project progress and status.
- Upsell and cross-sell services to existing clients based on their evolving needs.
- Conduct regular meetings with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and uncover new business opportunities.
- Prepare reports on client interactions, project statuses, and customer feedback.
- Develop strategies to improve client retention and service offerings.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in client relationship management or account management in the software development industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and software.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zoho CRM, etc.).
- Knowledge of software development processes and the IT industry.
- Previous experience in sales or customer service.
