Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Flutter Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in Flutter, Firebase, and Dart and have a proven track record of building high-performance, cross-platform mobile applications. This role requires hands-on development as well as leadership skills to mentor junior developers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain advanced cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter.
  • Integrate real-time applications with Firebase for seamless functionality.
  • Collaborate with backend developers to integrate mobile applications with server-side APIs.
  • Optimize applications for maximum performance and scalability.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications.
  • Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
  • Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering their growth in mobile development.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in mobile development, with a strong focus on Flutter.
  • Advanced expertise in Firebase for real-time application development.
  • Proficient in Dart and cross-platform mobile development.
  • Experience with Git for version control.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Google Cloud).
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Familiarity with unit testing and test-driven development (TDD).
