Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized IT Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in recruiting for IT and software development roles, with a strong understanding of technical skill requirements. This role involves managing the entire hiring process, from job posting to onboarding, while maintaining a talent pool for future hiring needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and post job descriptions to attract suitable candidates.
- Source and screen candidates for technical roles, such as PHP Laravel Developers.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates' skills, experience, and culture fit.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring timelines.
- Manage candidate communications, ensuring a positive experience throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain an organized database of candidates and track recruiting metrics.
- Provide feedback on candidates to the hiring team and assist with offer negotiations.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in IT recruitment or technical hiring.
- Familiarity with technical roles, especially in software development (e.g., PHP, Laravel).
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and GitHub.
- Familiarity with behavioral interviewing techniques.
- Knowledge of employer branding strategies and candidate engagement practices.
