Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized IT Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in recruiting for IT and software development roles, with a strong understanding of technical skill requirements. This role involves managing the entire hiring process, from job posting to onboarding, while maintaining a talent pool for future hiring needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and post job descriptions to attract suitable candidates.
• Source and screen candidates for technical roles, such as PHP Laravel Developers.
• Conduct interviews and assess candidates' skills, experience, and culture fit.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring timelines.
• Manage candidate communications, ensuring a positive experience throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain an organized database of candidates and track recruiting metrics.
• Provide feedback on candidates to the hiring team and assist with offer negotiations.
• Assist in the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in IT recruitment or technical hiring.
• Familiarity with technical roles, especially in software development (e.g., PHP, Laravel).
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and GitHub.
• Familiarity with behavioral interviewing techniques.
• Knowledge of employer branding strategies and candidate engagement practices.
