we are looking for HR Executive (Female candidate) with exposure to IT recruitment who fits our organization.

Job Description

• Implement effective sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques.
• Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees.
• Experience in Hiring candidates for various IT profiles.
• Monitor HR department’s budget.
• Act as the point of contact regarding labor legislation issues.
• Provide current and prospective employees with information about policies, job duties, working conditions, opportunities for promotion, and employee benefits.
• Handling documentation such as MIS, Appointment letters, relieving letters, and appraisal letters.
• Day to Day Operations work.
• Maintenance of Attendance and Salary process.
• Organizing and managing events and other co-curricular activities.
• Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.

Requirements :-

• Master's in Human Resource Management.
• Proven 1+ years of work experience in hr and related filed.
• Knowledge of HR policy/ employee benefits.
• Knowledge of employee engagement and extracurricular activities.
• Only female candidates are preferred for this profile.
• Experience:- 6months to 01+ Year
