Job Description:

· ON Role: Customer Support Associate - Voice Process

· Nature of Job: Resolving the banking related queries of the customer via call

· Qualification: Any Arts and Science and Engineering graduates can apply (Backlogs accepted)

· Should have Good communication in English

· Should speak any one of this language like Hindi or Bengali or Guajarati or Marathi or Punjabi or Oriya or Telugu or Kannada or Malayalam

· Should have basic knowledge about Customer Support roles and responsibilities

· Should know to handle the customers and resolve their issues

· Fixed Day shift (8hrs working only)

· Work Location: Ambattur or Egmore, Chennai (candidate preference)

· NO BOND / NO CONTRACT

· Experience: 0 to 1yrs

· Salary:1.6 LPA to 3 LPA
