Job Overview:

We are seeking a multi-talented individual to join our dynamic team as a UI/UX Designer, Graphic Designer, and Video Editor. This role requires versatility, creativity, and attention to detail across various design mediums, including web and mobile interfaces, graphic design, and video editing.

Responsibilities:

1. UI/UX Design:

  - Develop visually stunning and intuitive designs for websites and mobile applications.

  - Translate high-level requirements into interaction flows, wireframes, prototypes, and user flows.

  - Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.

  - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design coherence and user-centric solutions.

2. Graphic Design:

  - Design a wide range of graphics for digital and offline media, including logos, posters, product packaging, and social media creatives.

  - Shape the visual aspects of marketing collateral to effectively communicate brand messages and capture audience attention.

  - Utilize tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Corel Draw, and Figma to create compelling visual assets.

3. Video Editing:

  - Edit and produce engaging motion graphics, videos, animations, reels, and 3D/2D animations for various marketing channels, including social media platforms, websites, and presentations.

  - Combine footage, graphics, and audio to create cohesive and impactful visual narratives.

  - Stay up-to-date with the latest video editing techniques and tools, including reels editing and 3D/2D animation software.

Requirements:

1. Experience and Skills:

  - Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer and/or Graphic Designer.

  - Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects.

  - Proficiency in design software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Corel Draw, and Figma.

  - Solid experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, and user flows.

  - Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for rapid prototyping is a plus.

  - Experience in video editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Final Cut Pro, as well as proficiency in reels editing and 3D/2D animation software.

2. Education:

  - Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, or a related field preferred.

3. Personal Attributes:

  - Creative flair and ability to translate requirements into visually appealing designs.

  - Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.

  - Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

  - Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
