Job Overview
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team at TechFun Consultant. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients in the forex trading industry. This is a full-time position based in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India. This role is suitable for freshers with less than 1 year of experience.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries through various communication channels such as chat, email, and phone
- Provide accurate and timely information, as well as resolution to customer issues and concerns
- Assist customers in navigating our forex trading platform and provide guidance on executing trades
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by ensuring customer satisfaction
- Identify and escalate any technical or complex issues to the appropriate departments for resolution
- Perform data entry and update customer information in our CRM system
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance customer support processes and procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve overall customer experience
