• Provide exceptional customer service via chat, phone, and email to clients in the forex trading industry
• Assist clients with inquiries, account set-up, and troubleshooting
• Ensure timely and accurate resolution of customer issues and concerns
• Educate clients on our products, services, and trading platforms
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer inquiries
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments
• Adhere to company policies and procedures
