Job Description

Profile - CCE 

Running site - Indore

Good English communication required 

Graduation Mandatory 

6 months & 1 Year of experience required 

6 Days rotational working

9 hours of rotational working shift 

Salary - 16K - 25K

Qualifications and Skills

• BPO knowledge
• Understanding of Business Process Outsourcing (BPO)
• Customer Service skills
• Ability to handle customer inquiries and requests efficiently
• Strong decision-making abilities

Roles and Responsibilities

• Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
• Providing excellent customer care and handling all customer interactions with professionalism
• Assisting clients in making informed decisions regarding forex trading
• Working collaboratively with the team to ensure a positive customer experience
