- Requisition & Material Planning for Allocated Teams
- Weight Taking & Noting
- All ERP Related Entries (Production & QC)
- Matching the Production Time with Planning Sheet
- Time Flexibility to Complete the Work
- Coordination with Following Departments:
- Planning
- CNC Cutting
- Structural Cutting
- RM Store
- BO Store
- Assembly
Additional Responsibilities
- Morning Meetings with Contractors & Their Helpers
- Training
- Transferring Good Practices to Other Teams
- Understanding Their Manpower Planning to Change the Planning Sheet Accordingly
- Making Accurate Forecasts through the Planning Sheet
