Maintain Dispatch Summary
Follow-ups with all Department
Master In Excel
- All Jobs Planning with Production Team (daily basis) as per requirement of Client / Sales dept.
- Projection Sheet updation on Daily basis (for ontime Status)
- Monthly & Weekly Dispatch Summary (With & Without Value) to be made & send to all concerns
- Monitor the Monthly Targeted Turn Over & take suitable actions to achieve the same
- Daily Planning Meetings / Follow-ups with all Dept. (i.e.: Production, Purchase, Assly., Dispatch, Sales, etc..)
- Weekly Planning Meeting (General) with All Dept.
- Follow-up with Sales team / Client to clear the Hold & Ready Jobs
- P.I. submitting & Payment Clearing discussion with Sales
- Handle all Mails of Execution Head & ensure suitable actions on the same
- Make Sales Orders & Proforma Invoices in ERP System
- Send Mails of New S.O. Intimation & Dispatch Intimation (after referring daily incoming payments mail by Account) to all Dept. on daily basis
- Mail & Verbal Communication Skill + Knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel
