Main responsibilities

 ENSURES

·    Using ERP

·    Cutting Sheets according to intimation From Production Via. e-mail. / status sheet .

·    Pre Planning For Plasma cutting . Check nesting drawing in Plasma Folder .

·    All drawing to be saved in Auto-Cad DXF format - thickness , folder by mos , SO. no, part name, qty.

·    Nesting all DXF drawing in most 2 D software by planning & priority

·    Check raw material for cutting if required inform raw material store

·    Numbering all item after cutting as per job. Separating all item as per SO no.

·    Issue nesting drawing in raw material store

·    Intimate to Production

·    Daily Plasma m/c   check accuracy of m/c

·    Daily Updating in Status Sheet
