-         Preparing RFQ for Control Panel for Each project

-         Designs P & ID diagram and verify all instrument and make technical documents

-         Review and prepare field instrument data sheet , IO list ,cause and effect ,cable schedule, hook-up drawing and JB schedule

-         Prepare, check and review motors & VFD technical documents as per project specification

-         Understanding operations Logic from sales team, documenting it and preparing the program for PLC or getting the program ready by supplier of control panel

-         Communication with client for Pneumatic, electrical, Termination, instrumentation and other related documents

-         Selecting and mobilize the all instrument tech books (Flow, Speed- Temperature - Pressure Transmitters, proximity sensors and temp-elements ) and electrical components (e.i.- Motor, VFD , panel ), Also select Electrical or Pneumatic Actuator as per specification and design of dampers.

-         PLC Programming as and when required  

-         Inspection of control panel on receipt at factory or at vendor’s place

-         Field support where required at site or remote support to site from factory 

-         Giving inspection to client for electrical items

-         Making sure that all the electrical panel and instrumentation get dispatched fault free and get commissioned at 1 go

Standardization Work

-         Reviewing, updating and making the data sheets of existing instruments in use

-         Understanding the PLC logics of current standard equipment and documenting them for standardization purpose (PV, TRABF, OFFLINE, BOILER others)

-         Developing Standard P & I for each applications

-         Hook up drawings for instruments with termination details

New Development

-         Smart Panel for Bag Filter / Dust Collector / Centrifugal Blower / PV

o  Selecting & Testing Data Collection Instruments

o  Developing Local control box with and without display, with or without PLC for data collection instruments’ termination and operation

o  Developing algorithm for data collected to run the equipment for best performance @ lowest power

o  Developing cloud server for all the data collecting and storing and taking actions

o  Developing AMC division from cloud server
