Job Summary: 

SwiftClick LLP is looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive with 2-5 years of experience in the digital marketing industry. The candidate will be responsible for driving business growth both online and offline. This role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing services, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to generate leads and close deals.


Key Responsibilities: 

- Identify and generate new business opportunities in the digital marketing sector.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients both online and offline.

- Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to create and execute business development strategies.

- Create proposals, pitch presentations, and follow up with clients to close deals.

- Participate in networking events, exhibitions, and other offline marketing efforts to grow the client base.

- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competition strategies.

- Use various online platforms to prospect and generate leads, including Upwork, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and other digital channels.

- Achieve and exceed sales targets through consistent business generation efforts.


Skills & Qualifications: 

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

- 2-5 years of experience in business development within the digital marketing industry.

- Proven track record of generating new business and closing sales.

- Strong understanding of digital marketing services such as SEO, SEM, PPC, social media marketing, etc.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve targets.

- Proactive, driven, and results-oriented approach to business generation.

- Familiarity with CRM tools and digital prospecting techniques.
