Job Overview
We are seeking a Junior HR Executive to join our team in Kolhapur. This is a full-time position requiring 1 to 3 years of work experience in Human Resources. The HR Executive will play a key role in various HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in the IT or Web Development industry.
- Strong recruitment skills with a proven ability to source, screen, and recommend qualified candidates.
- Experience in employee relations, including conflict resolution, employee engagement, and morale-building activities.
- Proficiency in onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires into the company.
- Knowledge of HR policies and the ability to implement and enforce them effectively within the organization.
- Experience with performance management, including conducting performance appraisals and managing performance improvement plans.
- Ability to design and deliver training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Hands-on experience with HRIS systems to manage employee records, payroll, and other HR functions.
- Strong understanding of HR compliance and the ability to ensure adherence to labor laws and regulations.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to candidate onboarding.
- Develop and maintain positive employee relations by addressing concerns, conducting surveys, and implementing engagement activities.
- Handle the onboarding process for new employees, including orientation, training, and integration into the company culture.
- Ensure effective implementation and adherence to HR policies across all departments.
- Conduct performance appraisals and provide constructive feedback to employees, recommending necessary actions for performance improvement.
- Coordinate and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and career development of employees.
- Maintain accurate employee records and handle payroll through HRIS systems.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and company policies.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business goals.
