Job Overview
We are seeking a Junior Recruiter to join our team at TECH EHS Solution. This full-time position is based in Surat and involves actively managing recruitment processes to find top talent. The ideal candidate will engage in end-to-end recruitment activities and play a pivotal role in aligning talent acquisition strategies with business goals.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven expertise in recruiting with the ability to handle various hiring needs effectively (Mandatory skill).
- Strong talent acquisition skills, demonstrating an ability to attract, identify, and engage top talent.
- Experience in executing end-to-end recruitment processes, from identifying needs to onboarding new hires.
- Proficiency in hiring strategies, with a focus on sourcing and selecting the best candidates for specialized roles.
- Strong ability in talent sourcing through various channels, including job portals, social media, and networking events.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adept at building relationships with stakeholders and candidates.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple recruitment campaigns simultaneously.
- Proactive approach in identifying recruitment challenges and providing effective solutions to overcome them.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct recruitment activities ensuring the swift and thorough identification of qualified candidates.
- Build and maintain strong pipelines for future opportunities by continually engaging with top talent.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Coordinate and conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for roles.
- Manage job postings and recruitment advertising across various platforms to attract suitable candidates.
- Facilitate communication between candidates and internal teams, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Assist in the negotiation of offers and onboarding processes to ensure new hires are seamlessly integrated.
- Maintain and update recruitment databases and tracking systems for efficient workflow management.
