Job Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated and result-oriented Business Development Manager to join our team at TechDefence. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving our business growth through developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners. This is a mid-level position with 4 to 6 years of experience, based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. The employment type is full-time.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
- Proven track record of successful business development and sales experience in the IT security industry
- Strong understanding of cyber security services, technologies, and market trends
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
- Self-motivated, proactive, and result-oriented
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel as required
Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and building relationships
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients to maximize business growth
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop effective sales strategies and achieve sales targets
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market activities, and competitors to identify potential business opportunities
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and business plans to clients
- Negotiate and close deals with clients to achieve revenue targets
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to optimize business development efforts
- Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues to maintain long-term relationships
- Participate in industry events, conferences, and trade shows to enhance brand visibility and network with potential clients
- Contribute to the overall growth of the company by providing feedback and suggestions for improvement
