Job Overview


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager-HR & Admin to join our team at Techberry Infotech Pvt Ltd. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the HR and administrative functions of the company. The ideal candidate should have 3 to 5 years of mid-level experience in HR and administration, preferably in the IT industry. This is a full-time position based in Mumbai Suburban, Maharashtra, India.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in HR and administration, preferably in the IT industry
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with sensitivity and discretion
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS software
  • Proactive and result-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new hires
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
  • Administer employee benefits programs and handle employee relations issues
  • Oversee the payroll and attendance tracking system, FNF Process
  • Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy
  • Coordinate employee training and development programs
  • Manage the performance appraisal process
  • Assist in creating and maintaining a positive work culture
  • Handle administrative tasks such as facilities management, vendor management, and office supplies procurement
