·Designing and developing front-end and back-end web architecture.

·Developing servers and databases.

· Developing and supporting projects from conception to implementation.

·Working with Graphic Designers and Web Developers.

·Creating user interactions on web pages.

·Developing user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces, and performing SEO procedures.

· Integrating images, embedding videos, and adding plugins.

·Performing Common Gateway Interface (CGI) and code check to optimize website performance.

· Providing mentorship to junior developers and facilitating suitable interventions to deliver the project on time and within budget.

·Documenting website development processes and procedures.

·Coordinate and manage a team of developers, designers, coders and other professionals working on various web development projects.

·Manage schedules, work assignment, status reports, project budgets, scope of work, milestones, risk, change control, allocated resources, etc.

·Responsible for completing projects within prescribed resource limits and in accordance with client requirements and company s standards.

·Create standards; implement processes and new technologies to continuously improve the operational standards of excellence.

·Effectively communicate and manage client s expectations throughout the development process.
