Inside Sales Representative

Our Inside Sales Representative /Account Manager team is the driving force behind our high-level customer interaction. Our team is responsible for selling ground-breaking products by building relationships with customers using both the telephone and email as communication methods. Our Inside Sales Account Manager team ensures every customer interaction is exceptional and tailored to meet the customer.

As an Inside Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for selling Complete IT (Hardware+Software) products and services while focusing on developing new acquisition accounts and expanding existing accounts. You will support the field sales leader while working effectively in a team environment towards goals.

You will (Key Responsibility Area):

• Work with customers and innovative solutions to business opportunities 

• Achieve targets by selling Complete solutions via outbound calling, consultation and other influential selling techniques

• Maintain good business relationships with customers to conduct needs analysis, relay product information and provide technical specifications, quotations and tenders

• Answer inbound emails and phone calls from internal and external customers

• Work closely with Account Executive/outside sales representatives and distributors to acquire new opportunities

• Be responsible to increase business with Enterprise sized accounts

• Identify, evaluate, and recommend alternative business solutions to customers.

• Use in-depth knowledge of product, technology and services to become a trusted business advisor for customers and partners

• Acquire and Retention of accounts, including account planning, sales forecasting, engaging cross-functional resources and working with the virtual teams to ensure alignment across the organizations

• Regularly engage with decision makers at client facilities in performing primary duties

• Provide sales leadership and experience on large, sophisticated opportunities

Essential Requirements

• Intermediate understanding of the full range of products and services

• Previous experience in relationship selling

• Ability to identify how Our products and services align to customer needs

• Good understanding of computer technology

• Excellent communication, presentation and problem-solving skills

• Research skills, curiosity about business components

Desirable Requirements

• Min. 1 years’ Experience in same IT Sales Industry (OEM Business Understanding, Partner Business Knowledge), Bachelor’s degree
