Position Overview:
Tech 4 Logic is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Business Development Manager to drive and manage end-to-end IT sales processes. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in expanding the company's client base, developing strategic partnerships, and delivering tailored IT solutions to meet business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Business Development:
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets in the IT domain.
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold outreach.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers, including CXOs, IT Heads, and Procurement Managers.
Client Engagement:
- Understand client requirements and present customized IT infrastructure, networking, and security solutions.
- Conduct high-level presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations to close deals.
- Ensure exceptional client satisfaction through regular follow-ups and post-sales support.
Sales Pipeline Management:
- Manage the complete sales lifecycle, from lead generation to contract closure.
- Maintain an up-to-date CRM system with accurate sales data and forecasts.
- Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams to develop competitive proposals and responses to RFPs/RFQs.
Market Intelligence:
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to position Tech 4 Logic as a market leader.
- Provide feedback to the marketing and product teams for continuous improvement of service offerings.
Key Requirements:
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in IT sales, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of IT solutions, including networking, security, and infrastructure services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build relationships at all organizational levels and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales management platforms.
- Self-motivated with a result-driven approach and strong organizational skills.
