The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. They should be confident with building new client relationship and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills. 

 

Roles and Responsibility:

  • Lead Generation for Interior Work / Projects
  • Increasing footprint by appointing new Customers
  • Responsible for generating more contacts with New customers
  • Formulating the Strategies to Increase Client Base
  • New Client Acquisition and Revenue Generation
  • Regular contact with all mapped clients through daily/weekly/monthly calls.
  • Maintaining own awareness of product/ market changes and client requirements in order to serve effectively.
  • Training, motivating and coaching small teams of sales executives
  • Candidate should have good contact with builders and architects
  • B2B sales/ready to do field work


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree 3+ years in sales industry
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
