Channel Account Manager (Female - 02 positions)
Channel Account manager shall be responsible for onboarding, maintaining, and expanding relations with real estate brokers and channel partners, sub-broker networks within an assigned territory. She will be responsible for understanding the overall sales strategy and implementing the necessary tactics to grow sales revenue. The ideal candidate represents the entire range of company products and services to partners in order to achieve partner recruitment and sales objectives.
Responsibilities
Establishing, onboarding, maintaining and expanding relationships with channel partners, broker & sub-broker networks.
Establishing contact with the leads generated out of channel network.
Building up Channel Partner network.
Channel Partner Collaboration
Post-sales activities.
Client documentation.
Experience
Minimum 4 years of Channel Network experience in Real Estate vertical.
Should know the local broker network.
Should know how to penetrate and build new channel/broker/sub-broker networks.
Qualifications
Graduate (Any Stream)
Excellent Communication and Selling skills required.
Strong Interpersonal skills.
Should be a team player.
The right candidate should have to be aware of the Local Geography and ideally should have her own conveyance.
Candidates from Real Estate Industry preferred but can be from the Call Centre Industry, Aviation, Insurance as well.
