Position: US Tax Reviewer

Experience: 3+ Years

Educational Qualification:

• M.Com/CA Inter/CA/MBA/ICWA/EA

Job Duties

·        Highly skilled Tax Preparer and Reviewer with substantial experience in tax preparation, US tax laws, administrative office operations, diversity, and conflict management experience.

·        Team handling with adequate workflow, resource, and capacity management.

·        Organizing performance review and feedback meeting for the juniors.

·        Preparing or assisting in simple to complex tax returns for Business tax return (1120, 1120S, 1065, 1041) and Individual (1040).

·        Preparing Tax Projection work paper of officer’s Compensation, Payroll reconciliation, Quarterly Tax Estimates, and Worked on Partnership Basis Schedules.

·        Manage team member and review their work.

·        Review books of accounts of the client from tax purview

Other Details

• Candidate will be working on direct clients and/or CPA clients depending on the workflow and his/her capabilities.
• Must have experience into Project Transition
• Excellent knowledge of tax accounting, tax compliance and all types of tax returns
• Candidate will be working 5 days a week and the office timings would be 11 to 8. However, we are a result-oriented company, so the person is expected to work more hours during weekdays or work during the weekends, whenever needed. Against that, flexibility will be given to work less hours or leave early in case there is no or less work on any particular day(s). 
• Need candidate with prior US Tax Reviewer experience (minimum 3 years).

·        Knowledge of multiple tax software and MS Office

·        Good communication skills is required for this position.

·        Good at meeting deadlines and solving problems.
