Job Title: Senior Architect

Position Summary: We are looking for a skilled Architecture AutoCAD Operator to join our team. This position requires a proficient user of AutoCAD with a strong background in architectural and interior design drawings and detailing. The ideal candidate will have experience in coordinating with MEPF (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Firefighting) services and creating architectural and interior presentation drawings. This role demands a detail-oriented professional with exceptional drafting skills and the ability to work efficiently on multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities: - Produce detailed architectural and interior working drawings and detailing using AutoCAD. - Coordinate with MEPF services to integrate all essential services into architectural designs effectively. - Develop architectural and interior presentation drawings to communicate design concepts clearly. - Utilize Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for project documentation and presentations. - Ensure all drawings and documents are accurate and comply with industry standards and project requirements. - Collaborate with architects, designers, and project managers to understand project objectives and deliver precise drawings. - Manage and maintain project files, documentation, and archives efficiently. - Stay updated with the latest AutoCAD techniques and architectural trends to improve quality and efficiency. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high standards of quality.

Qualifications skills required: - 7+ years of experience in an architectural drafting role, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in architectural and interior design drawings. - Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). - Strong knowledge of architectural and interior design principles and detailing. - Excellent coordination skills with experience in integrating MEPF services into architectural designs. - Ability to produce high-quality presentation drawings. - Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. - Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and efficiency in all tasks. - Diploma or degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field is preferred.
