Job Title: Sales Executive - Industrial Filter Manufacturing


Job Description:


We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team at Filter Concept Pvt. Ltd, a leading manufacturer of industrial filters. The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through proactive sales strategies and relationship management within the industrial sector.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and targets.
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities in the industrial sector, specifically targeting industries that utilize filters.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profit.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and campaigns.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:


  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role in industrial products, preferably in filter manufacturing or related sectors.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
  • Willingness to travel extensively and engage in complete outdoor sales activities.


Additional Requirements:


  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in MS Office applications.
