Job Title: Project Manager - Quality (NABL)
Job Description: The Project Manager - Quality (NABL) will lead and manage projects aimed at obtaining and maintaining accreditation and certification from bodies such as NABL. This role involves working closely with laboratory staff to ensure that all quality standards are met, preparing necessary documentation, and conducting training and mock assessments to prepare for accreditation audits. Key Responsibilities: Accreditation and Certification Assistance: Guide the laboratory in achieving quality accreditations and certifications (NABL), focusing on developing, implementing, and reviewing policies and procedures in alignment with these standards. Training and Development: Conduct comprehensive training sessions for laboratory staff on NABL standards, emphasizing the importance of adherence to quality standards for accreditation and certification. Documentation and Record Management: Prepare and assist in managing all forms of documentation required for accreditation and certification processes, ensuring compliance with the respective standards. Mock Drills and Assessments: Organize and assist in executing mock drills and assessments to evaluate the lab's readiness for accreditation audits and identify areas for improvement.
Project Management: Independently manage multiple projects related to NABL accreditations, ensuring timely and efficient completion. Travel Requirement: Willingness to travel extensively as required to assist laboratories across different locations in their accreditation and certification efforts. Qualifications: Laboratory Technician - Training in Laboratory ISO 15189:2022 / ISO 15189:2012 (Medical Laboratories) Experience Proven experience in managing quality accreditation projects for laboratories - Familiarity with NABL accreditation and certification processes. Skills: Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati. - Basic knowledge of NABL Standards for Laboratories. - Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects independently. - Detail-oriented with a strong ability to prepare and manage comprehensive documentation related to quality standards and accreditation processes. - Ability to conduct effective training and presentations to diverse audiences.
