Requirements :

1. Fluency in English
2. Must have online Teaching Experience
3. Candidates should be able to take highly energetic and engaging online sessions.
4. Candidates having prior experience in other Edtech platforms eg. BYJUs, Vedantu, Xylem etc are preferred.

Openings :

1. English: Grade 1-5th
2. Maths: Grade 1-5th
3. Chemistry: Grade 6-10th

Candidates teaching higher Grades can also apply if they are comfortable taking classes of junior grades mentioned.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience of at least 1 year in teaching or a relevant educational role.
• Strong expertise in Mathematics or Chemistry or English with the ability to make complex topics understandable.
• Efficient in delivering online instruction using digital tools and platforms to enhance learning.
• Excellent communication skills (Mandatory skill) for interacting with students and conveying concepts effectively.
• Strong teaching abilities (Mandatory skill) to create an engaging and productive learning atmosphere.
• Subject matter expertise (Mandatory skill) to provide accurate and insightful content to students.
• Adaptability to customize teaching methods based on diverse student needs and feedback.
• Effective time management to balance teaching schedules and administrative responsibilities efficiently.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging online classes in Mathematics, Chemistry, and English to junior-level students.
• Develop and implement innovative teaching methods to enhance student understanding and retention.
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback to guide improvement and academic growth.
• Create and curate educational content, including lesson plans and supplementary materials.
• Collaborate with other faculty members to ensure a cohesive and comprehensive curriculum.
• Stay updated with the latest educational tools and methodologies to improve teaching efficacy.
• Engage with the TeachIndia community to participate in events and discussions relevant to teaching.
• Maintain records of student performance and report any concerns or suggestions for enhancement.
