We are seeking Maths, Physics, Chemistry, English & Science Educators to join the team in Bangalore at a leading Edtech company. This full-time position is suitable for candidates with atleast 2 years of work experience in the education sector. Qualifications and Skills

• Effective Communication (Mandatory skill): Ability to convey ideas clearly and concisely in both oral and written forms to facilitate better understanding.
• Pedagogical Skills (Mandatory skill): Adeptness in teaching methods and techniques to deliver educational content effectively.
• Fluency in English.
• Subject Matter Expertise: Profound knowledge and understanding of the subject to provide accurate information and guidance.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver well-structured lesson plans that engage students and align with curriculum standards.
• Assess and evaluate students' progress through various assessment tools to measure learning outcomes.
• Provide individualized support and guidance to students to aid their academic and personal development.
• Maintain a safe and conducive learning environment that encourages student interaction and participation.
• Stay updated with emerging teaching methodologies and integrate them into the teaching process where suitable.
• Participate actively in faculty meetings and contribute to curriculum development initiatives.
• Collaborate with other educators and administrative staff to enhance the overall educational experience.
• Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and the community to support the educational institution's mission.

Ideal Candidate :

• Must have Fluency in English.
• Must have effective communication skills.
• Must have prior Teaching experience in any Edtech company eg. Unacademy, Lido, Byjus, Vedantu etc.
• For Maths & Physics candidates from IIT, NIT, BITS or Premier Institute are preferred.
• Candidates having prior experience teaching using pen tab and laptop are preferred.
