Qualifications and Skills


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Proven experience in managing social media accounts and implementing successful social media strategies
  • Proficient in using social media platforms and tools for content creation, scheduling, and analytics
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging and persuasive content
  • In-depth knowledge of social media analytics and the ability to interpret data for decision-making
  • Experience with graphic design and multimedia content creation is a plus
  • Familiarity with international education systems and understanding of the target audience
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills

Roles and Responsibilities


  • Develop and implement social media strategies to promote the international school and increase brand awareness
  • Create engaging and relevant content for social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube
  • Manage social media accounts, including posting and scheduling content, monitoring engagement, and responding to comments and messages
  • Monitor trends in social media and education to stay up-to-date with best practices and innovative approaches
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate social media into broader marketing campaigns
  • Track and analyze social media metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions
  • Coordinate with external agencies or freelancers for design and multimedia content creation
  • Stay informed about the latest social media trends, tools, and platforms, and identify opportunities for implementation
  • Assist in organizing and promoting events and activities through social media channels
  • Support the admissions team by creating targeted social media content for prospective students and parents
