- Create a nurturing and stimulating environment conducive to the holistic growth of young learners in the pre-primary or EYP homeroom setting.
- Design and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities that promote social, emotional, and cognitive development.
- Collaborate with parents and colleagues to ensure the well-being and progress of each child in the homeroom.
- Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment that complies with health and safety standards.
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback and support as needed.
