Job Overview


We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced IB MYP Chemistry Teacher to join our team. As an IB MYP Chemistry Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction in Chemistry to middle school students. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 6 years of experience teaching IB MYP Chemistry.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry or a related field
  • Teaching certification or qualification in IB MYP Chemistry
  • Proven experience teaching middle school Chemistry, preferably in an IB MYP environment
  • Strong knowledge of Chemistry concepts, including Organic Chemistry, Inorganic Chemistry, and Physical Chemistry
  • Familiarity with the IB MYP curriculum and assessment standards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to create engaging and interactive learning experiences
  • Passion for teaching and motivating students
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet the diverse needs of students


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Deliver engaging and comprehensive instruction in IB MYP Chemistry to middle school students
  • Develop and implement effective lesson plans, curriculum, and assessments
  • Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes student engagement and academic success
  • Provide timely and constructive feedback to students to support their growth and development
  • Collaborate with other teachers and staff to enhance the overall educational experience
  • Participate in professional development activities to stay updated with the latest teaching methodologies and IB MYP curriculum
