Job Overview
We are seeking experienced Fine Art Teachers for IB & CAIE Pre-Primary Schools. This is a full-time position located in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. The ideal candidate should have 2+ years of experience in teaching Fine Arts.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Fine Arts or a related field.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in teaching Fine Arts, preferably in IB or CAIE schools.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of the IB and CAIE Fine Arts curriculum.
- Excellent artistic skills and proficiency in various fine arts techniques and mediums.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive Fine Arts curriculum based on the IB and CAIE frameworks.
- Teach students various techniques and skills related to fine arts, including painting, drawing, sculpture, and mixed media.
- Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes creativity and self-expression.
- Assess and evaluate students' artistic abilities and progress, providing constructive feedback and guidance.
- Organize and facilitate art exhibitions, showcases, and other artistic events for students and the school community.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to integrate art into interdisciplinary projects and activities.
- Supervise and manage art supplies, equipment, and resources to ensure their proper use and maintenance.
- Stay updated with current trends and developments in the field of fine arts education.
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with parents and guardians regarding students' artistic progress and achievements.
