Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a fresher with 0 to 1 year of experience. The position is based in Coimbatore and supports diverse work arrangements including Internship, Freelance, Remote, Full-Time, and Hybrid options. Qualifications and Skills
- Proficiency in lead generation strategies to identify and nurture potential leads.
- Expertise using LinkedIn Sales Navigator (Mandatory skill) for prospecting and networking within the industry.
- Ability to use data enrichment tools (Mandatory skill) to augment and validate prospect information.
- Strong market research skills (Mandatory skill) to gather insights and deliver actionable information.
- Capacity to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced and flexible work environment.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage with potential leads and internal teams.
- Strong analytical skills to assess lead quality and optimize lead generation strategies.
- Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends and lead generation tactics.

- Develop and implement lead generation strategies to source new potential leads.
- Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other tools to identify and connect with prospects.

- Enrich prospect data to ensure accuracy and completeness for effective outreach.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align on lead qualification criteria.
- Engage potential leads through personalized communication to understand their needs.
- Track and report on lead generation activities and outcomes for continuous improvement.
