Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior Inside Sales professional to join our dynamic team in Coimbatore. This full-time position requires 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fostering leads, building customer relationships, and driving sales growth. The role demands proficiency in CRM software, cold calling, and American English, among other skills.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficiency in CRM software such as HubSpot with the ability to manage leads and maintain customer interactions (Mandatory skill).
  • Strong cold calling skills with a proven track record in initiating and closing sales (Mandatory skill).
  • Fluency in American English to effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders (Mandatory skill).
  • Familiarity with email marketing tools to strategize and execute marketing campaigns effectively.
  • Experience with lead generation techniques, converting prospects into long-term clients.
  • Analytical skills to interpret sales data and adjust strategies to improve performance.
  • Ability to utilize negotiation techniques in discussions to maximize business opportunities.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
  • Proactively reach out to potential clients through cold calling and other lead generation techniques.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our product offerings, features, and benefits.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize CRM software to track and manage sales activities and customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results in meeting sales targets.
  • Create detailed sales reports and present insights to upper management.
  • Attend meetings, sales events, and training sessions to keep abreast of the latest industry developments.
