Job Overview

We are seeking a Mid-Level Inside Sales professional for a Full-Time position in Coimbatore. Candidates should possess a minimum of 4 years and a maximum of 6 years of relevant work experience. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, negotiation, and lead generation capabilities, which are essential for driving sales and expanding our customer base.

  • Exceptional communication skills (Mandatory skill) to convey value propositions effectively and engage potential customers with clarity and confidence.
  • Strong negotiation abilities (Mandatory skill) to achieve desirable sales outcomes and maintain profitable relationships with clients.
  • Adept at lead generation (Mandatory skill) to identify potential clients, initiate interactions, and create new business opportunities.
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management for building and sustaining long-term partnerships with clients through organized interactions.
  • Solid product knowledge to ensure a deep understanding of TeachEdison's offerings and effectively address client inquiries and needs.
  • Skilled in sales techniques to create strategic approaches tailored to individual customer profiles and purchasing preferences.
  • Strong closing skills to effectively seal deals and achieve sales targets in alignment with company goals and customer needs.
  • Effective time management to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and ensure a consistent pipeline of sales opportunities.

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to maximize growth opportunities and meet revenue targets.
  • Proactively manage and grow a pipeline of potential customers through effective lead generation and follow-up activities.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of TeachEdison's products and offerings to offer tailored solutions to customer inquiries.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless sales process and enhance customer experience.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers to promote brand loyalty and sustained business partnerships.
  • Conduct effective negotiations that align with both client requirements and company objectives to close sales successfully.
  • Track and report sales performance, pipeline status, and ongoing customer feedback for informed decision-making.
  • Continuously update and expand personal knowledge of industry trends, market conditions, and competitive positioning.
