As a Lead Frontend Developer, you will:

• Design and develop scalable, high-performance applications using React.js, Next.js, and TypeScript.
• Lead the frontend development efforts, driving key features from concept to deployment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver user-friendly interfaces and seamless user experiences.
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in frontend development and implement them effectively.
• Take ownership of tasks and ensure timely delivery of quality work.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to a positive team culture.

What We’re Looking For:

• Technical Expertise:
• Strong hands-on experience with React.js, Next.js, and TypeScript.
• Deep understanding of modern web development practices, including server-side rendering (SSR), static site generation (SSG), and client-side rendering (CSR).
• Familiarity with optimizing performance and debugging issues in large-scale web applications.
• Problem-Solving Skills:
• Ability to independently drive projects and solve complex technical challenges.
• Practical, common-sense approach to coding and debugging.
• Adaptability and Ownership:
• Proven experience working in fast-paced environments and adapting to shifting priorities.
• Strong sense of responsibility and commitment to delivering results.
• Awareness:
• Familiarity with developer tools, libraries, and frameworks that enhance productivity.
• Awareness of the latest updates in React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
• Bonus:
• Experience with SaaS platforms or multi-tenant applications.
