Job Overview

We are looking for a talented ELearning Content Developer to join our team. This is a mid-level position requiring broad expertise in the realm of eLearning. The successful candidate will have 4 to 6 years of relevant work experience. This is a full-time, contract, freelance, remote role based in Coimbatore.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven 4 to 6 years of experience in developing engaging and interactive eLearning content for diverse audiences.
• Proficiency in instructional design methodologies to create effective learning experiences (Mandatory skill).
• Demonstrated ability in content creation, including text, media, and resources for educational programs (Mandatory skill).
• Experience with Learning Management Systems to manage and deliver online education and training programs.
• Skilled in graphic design to create visually appealing eLearning materials that aid knowledge retention.
• Capable of crafting scripts for instructional videos, ensuring clear and concise delivery of educational content.
• Proficiency in creating interactive learning modules that increase learner engagement and facilitate active learning.
• Experience with Adobe Captivate or similar software for developing eLearning content and creating mobile learning applications.
