Head of Centre Operations & Sales
Location : Ludhiana
Responsibilities:
- Managing multiple locations, both front end and backend, flawlessly.
- Complete knowledge of and passion for three pillars of this vertical ; Academic Results , Operational Excellence and Enrolment Growth
- Implementing measures to enhance footfall/queries and conversion of students through the team of Counselors, Coordinators and Branch Managers.
- Working closely with the marketing and promotion team to design and implement effective promotion and awareness campaigns for the target market.
Required Skills:
- 10+ years of experience in relevant roles (preferred experience in the education sector).
- A front-line leader with effective communication and interpersonal skills.
