- L1,L2 & L3 Desktop & Network support
- Cisco L2 Switch Configuration understanding (VLANs).
- Deep Knowledge of Networking concepts LAN/WAN/Wifi
- Expertise in Antivirus admin console with a Minimum 2-3 years hands-on experience.
- Expertise in Desktop Installation and Hardware Troubleshooting
- Calling Server, GSM Gateway Setup & EPABX Matrix.
- Basic knowledge of P2P (point-to-point) network
