Job Requirements:
- Expertise in Installation and Troubleshooting of OS Windows , Linux , Ubuntu, Printer, Network Drives, OS software etc.
- Deep Knowledge of Networking concepts LAN/WAN/Wifi (Must have ability to troubleshoot L1)
- Expertise in Antivirus admin console with Minimum 2-3 years hands-on experience
- Expertise in Desktop Installation and Hardware Troubleshooting
- Basic knowledge of P2P (point to point) network
- Good understanding of Thunderbird, Outlook, OS Data Backup/Restore points
- Good understanding of DVR/IP Cameras installation
