Facility Executive (Soft services)

 

Experience: 2-5 Years

 

Qualification: Any Graduate

 

Location: OLA Campus, Kormangala, Bangalore.

 

Salary: 30K PM (Net pay)

 

Responsibilities:

  • To lead the team of HK Supervisor & Janitors
  • To ensure the facility is maintained in a clean and orderly manner with all safety measures
  • To ensure works are performed with zero harm
  • To study cleaning requirements timely and update observations to In-charges and reporting managers.
  • To ensure the assigned duties to the staff are performed as per QEHSW standards
  • To maintain proper operational records and logs as necessary and as instructed
  • To prepare monthly report and share it with the reporting manager.
  • To respond to routine and emergency calls for cleaning activities.
  • To ensure all hazards are identified and mitigated with necessary control measures
  • Ensure that reported near miss, unsafe conditions and unsafe acts are attended.
  • To ensure activities are performed with all safety measures and with quality work.
  • To train and get trained for specific work related activities.
  • To ensure all HK staff attend briefing sessions with previous/next shift team to share the happenings/findings during their engaged/proposed operation hours at the time of resuming (Start) and end of the shifts. Never leave even a small issue without reporting to the managers and team members.
  • Handover/Takeover of tools and keys and follow ups of pending works to/from the reliever at the start and end of the shift.
  • Have a Walkthrough in and around the facility
  • To ensure all safety measures in place when performing the activities.

Skills:

  • Knowledge of MS office, Email, Soft skills.
  • Knowledge of Housekeeping
  • Knowledge of various equipment, tools and tackles
